Such a simple and profound statement that gets to the root of all disagreements, wars, unrest, injustices in the world.  Audre Lorde said it best when she said this: It is not our differences that divide us.  It's our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those difference.  What a reminder for us all to recognize, celebrate and accept our differences (and ourselves).  I remember one of my advisors in college telling me that she's been with our organization for over 20 years, and the times when it's been the strongest and best performing were when it was most diverse.  When people see the value in diversity - it broadens our lens and opens us up to new worlds of possibilities.
